| es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | [EN] The aim of this paper is to answer the question: "To what extent, from previous instruction and training, is an inexperienced teacher able to deploy all the aids contained in the design of collective reading with their early childhood education students?" For this purpose, a case study is carried out with prior instruction by someone expert in motivational aids. Two collective reading sessions were designed with stories with a similar structure (Sánchez, et al., 1992), with an analysis and proposal for improvement between the 1st and 2nd sessions. The readings were carried out with two different groups of pre-school children. The interactions were recorded in audio format and transcribed verbatim. Subsequently, discourse analysis was carried out taking into account previous systems of analysis (Sánchez et al., 2010). The results reveal (1) in the first session the teacher was able to implement the reading correctly, with the three corresponding moments and several motivational aids, but was not able to make use of all those that had been planned at the beginning and (2) after the analysis and review with theoretical criteria, the second session shows improvements in terms of motivational aids, having used a greater number of them and more efficiently, in order to meet the objectives in each of the moments of the reading. In conclusion, this TFG reinforces the hypothesis of previous studies (Ericsson, 1993) regarding the need for specific training and guided supervision for certain complex learning to actually reach the classroom. Provided these conditions are met, an inexperienced teacher can learn, for example, to make decisions about the type of motivational aids that can be deployed to help his or herstudents deal with a strategically complex task, such as reading stories or narrative texts in the classroom. | en_EN |
