Abstract

[ES]En la actualidad muchas empresas pequeñas de la industria inmobiliaria se están quedando atrás en el ámbito tecnológico y están siendo absorbidas por grandes aplicaciones con millones de usuarios sin un trato cercano y personalizado con la empresa. Con el fin de solucionar esto, esta aplicación ofrece una solución tecnológicas a pequeñas inmobiliarias para disponer de su propia aplicación independiente y personalizada para que los usuarios puedan acceder a ella y consultar las ofertas disponibles sin tener que acudir físicamente a la oficina, pero manteniendo el trato cercano con los empleados de la inmobiliaria. Este proyecto ofrece una aplicación de compraventa de inmuebles gestionada por los empleados de la inmobiliaria. Los usuarios podrán publicar sus inmuebles en venta y alquiler y consultar los inmuebles disponibles en su zona. El sistema permite de manera sencilla la interacción entre cliente e inmobiliaria, facilitando el trabajo diario de cara a la inmobiliaria y el proceso de compra o alquiler de cara a los clientes. El control final de la aplicación pertenece a la inmobiliaria, por lo que es su responsabilidad la gestión de usuarios e inmuebles, pudiendo eliminar, modificar o bloquear a los no deseados. Para el desarrollo del proyecto se han seguido las directrices del Proceso Unificado adaptándolo a las necesidades de este proyecto.

In order to solve this, this application offers a technological solution to small real estate companies to have their own independent and personalized application so that users can access it and consult the available offers without having to physically go to the office, but maintaining a close relationship with the employees of the real estate company. This project offers an application for buying and selling properties managed by the employees of the real estate agency. Users will be able to publish their properties for sale and rent and consult the available properties in their area. The system allows in a simple way the interaction between the client and the real agency, facilitating the daily work for the real estate agency and the purchase or rental process for the clients. The final control of the application belongs to the real estate agency, so it is their responsibility to manage users and properties, being able to eliminate, modify or block unwanted users. For the development of the project, the guidelines of the Unified Process have been followed, adapting it to the needs of this project.
