La implementación de las aulas 2-3 años en los colegios de Educación Infantil y Primaria

Abstract

[ES]El primer ciclo de Educación Infantil es una de las etapas más olvidadas en el ámbito educativo. Esta realidad está sufriendo cambios significativos, en el caso de España, la aprobación de la Ley Orgánica 3/2020, de 29 de diciembre, por la que se modifica la Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de Educación abre la puerta hacia la consideración más educativa de este tipo de enseñanza. El objetivo principal de este trabajo se centra en el conocimiento de cómo ha sido la implementación de las aulas 2-3 años en el curso 2023-2024, siendo estas unidades, una de las medidas más significativas que se han introducido bajo esos parámetros de reforma educativa mencionados anteriormente. Para la consecución de este objetivo general y de los objetivos específicos marcados, el trabajo a nivel metodológico se ha configurado a partir de dos vías: por un lado, se ha hecho una revisión sobre la normativa actual a nivel nacional y de cada comunidad autónoma, centrándonos principalmente en la Comunidad Autónoma de Castilla y León; y por otro lado, para poder conocer de manera más realista el panorama de este ciclo se ha realizado una entrevista a una Técnico Superior en Educación Infantil (TSEI), que desempeña su labor en un centro educativo de la ciudad de Salamanca y cuyo testimonio nos sirve para conocer cómo se está articulando la puesta en marcha de estas aulas. A fin de completar la investigación, se recoge en el apartado de conclusiones los indicios principales obtenidos. En este sentido, constatamos cómo esta iniciativa se está poniendo en marcha con ciertas dificultades, especialmente en lo referido a ratio, espacios y currículum. No obstante, se atisba una tendencia a la continuidad y refuerzo de esta iniciativa bajo las directrices legislativas.

[EN] The first cycle of Early Childhood Education is one of the most neglected stages in the field of education. This reality is undergoing significant changes. In the case of Spain, the approval of Organic Law 3/2020, of 29 December, which modifies Organic Law 2/2006, of 3 May, on Education, opens the door to a more educational consideration of this type of education. The main objective of this study focuses on the implementation of the 2-3 year old classrooms in the 2023-2024 academic year, these units being one of the most significant measures introduced under the aforementioned educational reform parameters. In order to achieve this general objective and the specific objectives set, the work at the methodological level has been configured in two ways: on the one hand, a review was made of the current regulations at national level and in each autonomous community, focusing mainly on the Autonomous Community of Castile and Leon; and on the other hand, in order to gain a more realistic picture of this cycle, an interview was conducted with a Senior Infant Education Technician (TSEI), who works in an educational centre in the city of Salamanca and whose testimony helps us to understand how the implementation of these classrooms is being articulated. In order to complete the research, the main evidence obtained is presented in the conclusions section.
