Propuesta de innovación educativa a través de un proyecto colaborativo con artistas mujeres de la Comunidad de Castilla y León

Abstract

[ES] La actual propuesta de innovación docente, ambiciona transformar el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje del alumnado, a partir de la estrecha colaboración con las artistas mujeres de la localidad. Se anhela implementar en la educación artística, la posición justa y reconocida del género femenino, para poder asegurar la equidad e integridad de los contenidos que se imparten. A su vez, de manera conjunta, se aspira a profundizar en el entorno próximo del alumnado, para enriquecer su formación y valoración de las artistas mujeres de Castilla y León, así como del patrimonio cultural de esta. Fusionando ambos conceptos, se consolida como objetivo la eliminación de estereotipos de género y la puesta en relieve de artistas autóctonas. A través de una sucesión de acciones, comenzando por una minuciosa investigación, y selección de los conceptos determinantes de la propuesta, hasta el diseño de las oportunas actividades de intervención, y su posterior resultado y evaluación, se aguarda un cambio de mejora en la adquisición de conocimientos y desarrollo personal del alumnado, proporcionado por la creación de una red directa y colaborativa entre el sector educativo y el profesional artístico. Por tanto, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible 4, 5 y 10, al igual que a la importancia que otorga el Sistema Educativo Español, a instaurar contenidos en relación al contexto del entorno, esta propuesta apuesta por su íntegro desarrollo, en la misma equidad que lo realiza hacia el incremento de la presencia, reconocimiento y estudio de las artistas mujeres locales en las aulas de la educación formal. Si se trata de atesorar una educación artística íntegra, justa y real, la constante búsqueda de mejora en la forma de enseñarla y aprenderla, es lo que verdaderamente puede garantizarla.

[EN] The current teaching innovation proposal aims to transform the teaching and learning process of the students through close collaboration with local female artists. We hope to implement in art education, the fair and recognized position of the female gender, in order to ensure the equity and integrity of the contents taught. At the same time, together, we aim to deepen the students' close environment, to enrich their training and appreciation of the women artists of Castilla y León, as well as the cultural heritage of the region. Merging both concepts, the objective of the project is the elimination of gender stereotypes and the highlighting of local artists. Through a succession of actions, starting with a thorough investigation and selection of the determining concepts of the proposal, up to the design of the appropriate intervention activities, and their subsequent result and evaluation, animprovement in the acquisition of knowledge and personal development of the students is expected, provided by the creation of a direct and collaborative network between the educational sector and the artistic professional. Therefore, contributing to the fulfillment of Sustainable Development Goals 4, 5 and 10, as well as to the importance given by the Spanish Educational System to establish contents in relation to the context of the community, this proposal bets on its full development, in the same equity that it does towards the increase of the presence, recognition and study of local female artists in the classrooms of formal education. If it is a matter of treasuring an integral, fair and real artistic education, the constant search for improvement in the way it is taught and learned is what can truly guarantee it.
