Políticas de protección del patrimonio cultural peruano. Análisis jurídico-económico y propuestas de mejora

Abstract

[ES] La situación de deterioro del patrimonio cultural peruano hace necesario el análisis de las políticas públicas de protección, a fin de comprenderlas e identificar las situaciones problemáticas que han ocasionado perjuicios en la protección del patrimonio cultural y los aspectos que puedan ser mejorados. En ese sentido, se revisa y analiza, entre otros, la normativa en materia cultural y la estadística. Además, se desarrolla el análisis económico del patrimonio cultural peruano. [EN] The situation of deterioration of the Peruvian cultural heritage makes it necessary to analyze public protection policies, in order to understand them and identify the problematic situations that have caused damages in the protection of cultural heritage and the aspects that can be improved. In this sense, it reviews and analyzes, among others, the regulations on cultural matters and statistics. In addition, the economic analysis of the Peruvian cultural heritage is developed.
