[EN] This teaching innovation project took a comprehensive approach to teaching statistics, combining diagnosis, intervention and the creation of open resources. By using validated instruments and surveys applied to students from different degree programmes, differences in attitudes towards statistics, software use and perceived literacy levels were identified in different areas of knowledge. This enabled specific barriers and opportunities in the teaching of statistics to be identified and formed the basis for designing more contextualised and effective activities. Active methodologies, such as project-based learning, problem-based learning, gamification and collaborative work, were then implemented and adapted for different educational levels and subject areas. These initiatives included interdisciplinary workshops, interactive materials, collaborative projects between degree programmes, educational games and materials for pre-university students, all of which took an applied, interdisciplinary and socially relevant approach. Students on the Bachelor's Degree in Statistics actively participated in creating resources such as podcasts, which were integrated with other resources developed on LearnSTAT — an open digital platform aimed at autonomous learning and disseminating good teaching practices. This project has transformed the teaching of statistics by connecting it with social challenges, professional reality and educational commitment.es_ES
