La investigación en relación a las IJV y su trayectoria más reciente

Abstract

[ES]Las International Joint Venture (IJV) son una forma organizativa muy particular. La participación de 2 o más socios en la formación y operación de la misma le atribuye características muy particulares. El estudio de las IJV es muy amplio y discurre por diversas líneas de investigación en continuo desarrollo. Así la investigación de las IJV carece aún de una teoría unificada y de una base sólida y consistente La literatura sugiere el análisis de la misma tomando como referencia su ciclo de vida. El propósito de esta investigación es pues revisar la investigación de los IJV desde una óptica dinámica, tratando de determinar cuáles son las etapas y tópicos que cuentan con una investigación más consolidada y, sobre todo, en qué etapas la investigación esta todavía en fase de desarrollo. Se trata por tanto, de recopilar la película que recoge la investigación de las IJV a lo largo de su ciclo de vida, es decir, en sus distintas etapas: Formación, Desarrollo y Terminación.
