[EN] Company law is characterised by a continuous need to adapt to social and technological
changes. Two of the main digital tools provided for in the Capital Companies Act will be
analysed in the End-of-Degree Project: on the one hand, the corporate website, and the
provisions of articles 11 bis, 11 ter and 11 quarter, and on the other, the possibility of
attending the general meeting telematically, via real-time remote connection, while a
face-to-face meeting is being held, or when it is an exclusively telematic meeting. Even
though the law only contemplated the possibility of attending and exercising rights
remotely, the new social reality due to the COVID-19 has favoured the legislator's
allowing full telematic meetings, guaranteeing the identity of the subjects. The regulation
during the State of Alarm has facilitated the approval of the amendment of the Spanish
Law through Law 5/2021. For this reason, the object of study of this paper deals with how
the law and doctrine contemplate the digitalisation of companies, and its evolution.
