Despoblación y proyectos de desarrollo rural: un gran problema social y múltiples soluciones

Abstract

[ES] La despoblación se ha convertido en una realidad en muchas zonas rurales del territorio español, sobre todo, en las alejadas de las grandes ciudades. Con el fin de aumentar la concienciación sobre este gran problema que afecta a toda la sociedad y no solo a los habitantes del medio rural, así como de mostrar que existen soluciones, el presente texto se estructura en tres grandes apartados. En primer lugar y tras mostrar qué se entiende por zona rural, trataré el fenómeno de la despoblación, indicando qué se entiende por el mismo, cuáles son sus fases y qué consecuencias supone para el conjunto de la sociedad. En segundo lugar, presentaré los proyectos de desarrollo rural como soluciones para frenar dicho proceso de pérdida de población. Por último, en tercer lugar, expondré las conclusiones y las reflexiones obtenidas a lo largo del trabajo.

[EN] Depopulation has become a reality in many rural areas of Spain, especially in those far from large cities. In order to raise awareness of this great problem that affects the whole of society and not only the inhabitants of rural areas, as well as to show that there are solutions, this text is structured in three main sections. In the first place and after showing what is understood by rural area, I will treat the phenomenon of depopulation, indicating what is understood by the same one, which are its phases and what consequences it supposes for the set of the society. Secondly, I will present rural development projects as solutions to halt this process of population loss. Finally, thirdly, I will present the conclusions and reflections obtained throughout the work.
