Resumen
Jolanda Insana was actually a translator long before she became a poet. To what extent, however, do the two disciplines complement one another? Her poem, inspired by Aeschylus' Bound Prometheus, is titled Voce di Io e Prometeo and dates back to 2002, though it was only published posthumously in the booklet Due volte sette sono le parole. It illustrates the deep dynamics of Insana's relationship with the source text, poised as it is on the thin poetic boundary between translation and rewriting.
